 Health is one industry, which in turn consists of two management systems. Hospital information system (HIS) talks about all the activities dealt with in the inside administration of any hospital. It deals with the information gathering of the patient to track his activities and bill for the services he rendered. To keep in control monitor the staff, materials and accessories with in the hospital are part of the HIS.
Our scope of the project never ends at HIS but it extends to more advanced areas of Customer relation ship management (CRM). Where the relation between the patient and the hospital is given high priority. A process which will help the hospital to keep their customers (patients) under their constant monitoring, to provide the patients necessary information through the latest technology and to make them feel the security and care rendered by the hospital. For the customer to get satisfied the health care relation has to be developed, relation between the doctor and the patient.
